Chief Executive Officer


Dom Cappuccilli is the co-founder and CEO of Leading Edge Consulting. His skillsets and experience combine the sales chops of a CRO, the problem-solving and systems thinking of a COO, the hustle and drive of a CEO and the innovative mind of a leader at the forefront of new technology. Put all of that together, and you have a transformational executive who knows how to get things done and move your company forward. A few highlights:

Chris Sanford

Chief Operating Officer


Chris Sanford is the co-founder and COO/CTO of Leading Edge Consulting.  He is a true expert on the end-to-end SaaS ecosystem. His experience at various SaaS companies and core domain expertise in Systems Integration and Process Automation gives him a unique perspective on how to navigate the complicated world of SaaS products. Keen to roll up his sleeves and dig in on problems, Chris is a rare mix of business acumen and technical skills combined:   A few highlights:

  • Over a decade of experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Operations at VC-backed SaaS startups.

  • Expert in systems integration, process automation and SaaS ecosystem strategy.

  • Directly managed 30+ FTE/10+ Contractor team of Engineers, Product Managers and Solutions Architects at Blend.
